Make your own moose hide pin while learning about survivors of residential schools and one descendant's journey of healing through art.People 12 years old and up are invited join nêhiyaw-iskwêw Cree Artist from Chakastaypasin Band and owner of JShine Designs, Jessica Sanderson-Barry, to make their own moose hide orange shirt pins. Participants will hear Jessica share her late grandmother's story of attending Gordon’s Residential School and about her own journey to intergenerational healing through hide tanning.
